Responding to the developments in healthcare, we founded the Vereniging Samenwerkende Ziekenhuizen a few years ago. This has now been renamed Santeon. Our hospitals each retain their own identity and culture, but they also have a lot in common. Of old, we have been top clinical training hospitals that are firmly rooted in the various regions. In addition to the regular basic health care, we provide highly specialised medical care. We command top clinical facilities (medical techniques that not all hospitals provide). We think forward and are always looking for new ways of improving care and safety.
